5 Stars should be near on perfect but unfortunately it fell a little short. The good news is that it looks like the photos on their website, it is very clean especially all of the common areas, the spa and treatments are wonderful, the food is pretty good and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. This is an ideal family hotel without being raucous. The pools are ideal for all ages.
We had a couple of issues with my room despite emailing prior to arriving to confirm our room request of 2 deluxe double sea view rooms but ended up with twin beds. This was finally rectified but it took several requests.
The buffet selection on half board was very good with something for all and different every night but the best restaurant was Wok n Zen - food was really very good.
